Terms of Use — Airlinkr

1. Platform Overview

Airlinkr ("we", "our", or "the Platform") is an autonomous AI-powered search engine optimization (SEO) productivity application. The platform provides tools for automated XML sitemap ingestion, contextual internal linking analysis, semantic keyword cluster mapping, search engine index notification (FastIndex Hub), and long-form AI blog writing.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or connecting website domains to Airlinkr, you ("User", "you") confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

2. What Airlinkr Can Do (System Capabilities)

Airlinkr is engineered with specialized modules designed to streamline internal link architecture and crawl acceleration:

Automated Sitemap Ingestion: Ingests standard XML sitemaps, sitemap indices, and web page content to construct a live repository of published URLs, metadata, and topic tags.
Contextual Internal Link Injection: Analyzes raw draft articles (HTML or Markdown), compares text against your indexed sitemap repository, and identifies relevant contextual anchor candidates.
Natural Sentence Rephrasing: Employs Neural AI to rewrite target sentences naturally around exact-match anchor text, preserving existing HTML tables, image tags, callout boxes, and code snippets.
Semantic Topic Clustering: Groups indexed pages into contextual content hubs (clusters) and highlights orphan pages lacking inbound internal references.
FastIndex Hub (Multi-Engine Indexing): Dispatches real-time crawl notifications across major search engines:
- Search Engine Pings: Direct protocol pings to Google and Bing ping endpoints.
- IndexNow Protocol: Instant multi-engine submission to Bing, Yandex, Seznam, and Naver with custom ownership verification keys.
- Google Official Indexing API (Turbo Mode): Authenticated API calls to Google's real-time Web Search Indexing endpoint via Google Cloud Service Accounts.
AI Blog Article Studio: Generates authoritative, 1,800+ word blog posts equipped with key takeaways, visual comparison tables, FAQs, and autonomous anchor links to your money pages.

3. Permitted & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Airlinkr exclusively for legitimate web optimization and publishing purposes. You may:

Scan, analyze, and optimize websites, domains, and XML sitemaps that you personally own or for which you have explicit administrative authorization to manage.
Inject internal links into your own editorial drafts and export the formatted HTML/Markdown for publication on your CMS (WordPress, Blogger, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, custom JAMstack).
Submit public, indexable HTTP/HTTPS URLs belonging to your verified domains to Google and Bing via our FastIndex interfaces.
Use the AI Blog Article Studio to draft content in accordance with industry best practices and editorial standards.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

Unauthorized Crawling: Submitting or crawling domains, sitemaps, or private URLs without authorization from the domain owner.
Search Engine API Abuse: Flooding Google Indexing API or IndexNow endpoints with non-existent, doorway, deceptive, spam, or malicious redirect URLs.
Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract proprietary ranking scoring algorithms, heuristics, or API payloads.
Harmful Content: Generating or submitting content that promotes malware, phishing, hate speech, illegal activities, or violates third-party intellectual property.
Bypassing Limits: Attempting to circumvent rate limiters, token validation, credit counters, or security boundaries.

Account Enforcement: Violation of any prohibited activities will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of remaining wallet credits, and potential reporting to domain registrars or authorities if malicious conduct is detected.

5. Accounts, Authentication & Credits

Account Registration

To access advanced features, you must register with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Credit System & Usage

New user accounts receive 500 complimentary welcome credits upon registration to evaluate the platform.
Each article optimization consumes a set credit fee (default 500 credits per article) as displayed in the studio interface.
Additional credits may be purchased via integrated third-party payment gateways (Flutterwave and Paystack).
All credit balances are denominated in system credits, non-transferable between accounts, and non-refundable once consumed for AI processing.

6. FastIndex & Third-Party Search Engine APIs

When utilizing FastIndex Turbo Mode, you provide Google Cloud Service Account credentials to authenticate direct API requests to Google on your behalf.

Encryption at Rest: All Service Account JSON keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM before saving to disk or database, and decrypted strictly in-memory during API dispatch.
Zero Intermediary Access: Your private keys are never exposed publicly, never transmitted across public networks, and never utilized for any purpose other than talking directly to search engines at your explicit direction.
Search Engine Compliance: You remain solely responsible for ensuring your use of search engine APIs adheres to Google Search Essentials (formerly Webmaster Guidelines) and Microsoft Bing Webmaster Guidelines.

7. AI Blog Article Studio & LLM Processing

Our content generation features utilize cutting-edge generative AI models (Google Gemini). While designed to deliver high-quality, comprehensive drafts, Large Language Models may occasionally produce output that requires factual verification.

You agree to review and edit all AI-generated articles prior to publishing. Airlinkr assumes no liability for editorial decisions, inaccuracies, or copyright infringements arising from unmodified publication of AI output.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

100% User Content Ownership: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership of all articles, sitemaps, text, and media that you upload or generate through Airlinkr. We claim zero ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over your intellectual property.

The Airlinkr platform name, logo, user interface design, visual branding, proprietary algorithms, and source code are the intellectual property of Airlinkr and are protected under copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

9. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Airlinkr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, search engine rankings, traffic, or data arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination & Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When updates occur, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or deleting your account from within your settings. Upon termination, all your stored domain data, encrypted credentials, and workspace caches will be permanently purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
